April 2010: Downeast Energy & Building Supply Hires New Oil Service Manager in Brunswick

BRUNSWICK, MAINE –Downeast Energy & Building Supply is pleased to announce that Jay Prindall has been hired as service manager in the Brunswick office. Prindall most recently worked as a project manager for L.L. Bean for more than 20 years. He serves on the board of directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters in Brunswick and is also on the planning board for the town of Topsham. “Jay’s sense of operation management is just one of the reasons we hired him and we know his work experience aligns nicely with our goals,” said Maryann Adams, General Manager of Downeast Energy. “He understands how to accurately assign resources to a project and put processes in place to be as efficient as possible.” Prindall’s duties will include responsibility for daily operations for the oil service department and leading the team of technicians. Prindall is currently attending the Institute of Civic Leadership in Portland and lives in Topsham with his wife and children.
